Enrollment Procedure during shutdown

Due to the restrictions recently announced for Dallas county businesses, we are unable to take in-person enrollments at CERC at this time. In addition, distance learning will continue through the end of this semester.


However, CERC is taking mail-in enrollments from current and new families for the fall semester.  Please download and print the enrollment forms from the website. You can view the 2020-2021 schedule here. Mail all completed forms and payment (personal checks only) to:

If you need to pay with cash, please indicate that in your enrollment paperwork. We can schedule a time for a Board member to meet you at CERC to collect curbside payment (exact amounts only). Please note, students will not be added to the class list until payment has been received.

In order for classes to remain on the schedule and for CERC to continue to be a resource for our families, it is imperative that enrollments start coming in and classes start filling up. Please help us get the word out about fall enrollment. Tell everyone you know! Also, remind them that we need completed enrollment packets and checks only (no money orders or credit card payments will be accepted) mailed to the above address. Cash payments, in the exact amounts, will need to be by appointment ONLY. Again, please indicate the need for an appointment on the enrollment packet when you mail it in. We will contact you to arrange a time to meet.
