- There is a $1.00 charge for each Student packet you pick up from the CERC. You are more than welcome to print these
pages from the links below at no charge. You will need to ensure you have the latest copy of Adobe Reader.
Student Enrollment Deadlines -
- Family Enrollment Fees are effective for all activities at CERC for the August 1, 2010 - July 31, 2011 school year. This fee is
non-refundable per the Tuition Policy.

We CANNOT accept incomplete Enrollment Packets. ALL forms must be signed, and ALL fees must be received
(Separate checks for Materials Fees must be written to each Teacher). Return all completed forms, registration
