Mrs. Bridgman received a Bachelors of Arts degree in 1982 from Texas Tech
University, specializing in Home Economics Education.   Before having her own
children, she taught in the extended day program in an inner-city magnet school in
Lubbock, Texas, grades K-6th.  From 1984 to 1991, Renee and her husband, Shawn,
served with CAM International as the host couple for their missionary home in
Dallas.  Renee has been homeschooling for the past 20 years, teaching her own six
children (now ages 9 - 25), as well as other children in two different support groups
she helped to organize.  Her experience includes developing curriculum and teaching
science, English and liberal arts subjects, and in 2005-2006, substitute teaching (all
levels) in the Community and Royse City School Districts.  Mrs. Bridgman began
offering classes and teaching in homeschooling co-ops since 2007.
But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in
weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that
Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in
weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am
weak, then I am strong.
