Acting Live! Annie Scontrino
This is a fun but informative acting class focusing on building confidence, acting
techniques, and auditioning skills. Students will learn monologues, humorous,
dramatic interpretation, and/or duets. We will do cold readings of scripts, then go
back and access what could have been done differently. This is crucial for
actors/actresses to learn these auditioning skills and tips. This class is great for
either shy or outgoing students to feel more comfortable in front of a group. This
class is a necessity for any student wanting to become an actor or actress. The
class will present their pieces at a Showcase Theater for parents at the end of the
semester at CERC.
Materials needed: pencil
